ARRESTS — A 36-year-old man was arrested at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, for obstructing the legal process, disorderly conduct and property damage following a domestic disturbance on the 14000 block of Grand Oaks Drive.
A 20-year-old woman was arrested at 9:23 p.m. Sunday for fourth-degree assault, obstruction of force and disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance in a room at Days Inn, 14466 Dellwood Drive.
A 48-year-old man was arrested at 7:17 p.m. Sunday for driving while intoxicated and possession of intoxicating substance following a report of a man huffing in a vehicle on the 7200 block of Foley Road.
A 36-year-old man was arrested at 1:31 a.m. Sunday for DWI and driving after revocation during a traffic stop at Highway 210 and Inglewood Drive.
A 35-year-old man was arrested at 7:34 p.m. Saturday for third-degree DWI, drug possession and violating a domestic-abuse no contact order during a traffic stop on Forthun Road at Isle Drive. A 35-year-old woman also was arrested for drug possession.

A 29-year-old man was arrested for three county warrants and for giving a false name to officers during a traffic stop at Elder Drive and Foley Road.
A 70-year-old man was arrested at 9:37 p.m. May 7 for DWI following a driving complaint at Highway 371 and Highland Scenic Road.
SUSPICIOUS — Report at 8:42 p.m. Tuesday of a person acting strange on the 7500 block of Universal Road. Officer spoke with the person who needed no assistance. The person was cleaning his car to pass time while he waited for his friend who was shopping at Target.
Report at 5:03 p.m. May 7 of people engaging in inappropriate behavior in a vehicle on Mapleton Road at Mapleton Court. They were advised to go to a private residence.
Report at 8:06 p.m. May 5 of a vehicle parked on the side of Foley and Forthun roads. The driver was looking for mushrooms.
DISTURBANCES — Report at 7:32 p.m. Tuesday of a male yelling and causing a disturbance on the 14000 block of Grand Oaks Drive. The male agreed to go into his apartment.

Report at 2:49 a.m. of a person who returned to Comfort Suites and Rapid Lodge and Water Park, 7376 Woida Road, and staff wanted her removed.
Report at 11:07 p.m. Saturday of intoxicated people on top of a vehicle at Comfort Suites hotel. Officers arrived and found people arguing very loudly in the parking lot.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 1:01 a.m. Monday of two males in a driveway on the 32000 block of Peony Lane, near a pile of lumber and they were sitting on a boat in the driveway. Officers responded and no one was around.
Report at 11:15 p.m. May 7 of a suspicious vehicle parked at a closed business on the 30000 block of Ranchette Drive. The people inside the vehicle were talking about their relationship.
ASSIST — Assisted Crosslake Police Department at 6:48 p.m. May 8 with a physical domestic dispute on the 35000 block of Rocky Road, Crosslake.
THEFT — Report May 8 of Breezy Point Resort reporting a suspect who failed to pay for services.
DISTURBANCES — Report at 11:53 p.m. May 7 of a person walking into the caller’s house uninvited on the 29000 block of Mohican Circle and wanting to retrieve her son. When confronted, there was some pushing and the person left.

SUSPICIOUS — Report May 8 of a suspicious vehicle parked in the lot of a closed business on Eighth Street Northeast. Officers spoke with the driver who was having an anxiety attack and pulled over to let it pass. Officer advised her she could stay until she felt safe to drive.
Report May 3 of a suspicious vehicle parked on First Avenue Northwest for a long period of time, day after day. Officer made contact with the driver who stated he was watching a movie. He had no internet at home so he found a place where he could connect.
DISTURBANCES — Report May 5 of a domestic disturbance in an alleyway on Second Street Southwest, where a male stated he had confronted his ex-girlfriend as she was going through his vehicle.
Report May 5 of a domestic disturbance at a resident on First Avenue Northeast where the caller stated there were loud pounding noises and a female crying. Officers arrived and spoke to the neighbors and there was no evidence supporting the complaint.
Report May 4 of a physical domestic dispute at a residence on Pine Street. Upon arrival, the officer was told the person left on foot. Caller stated the person was mad and started throwing things in the yard and caused damage to her car and door on the house. Officers were unable to locate the person.
Report May 3 from the Crosby school of an argument between a mother and her son being disrespectful. Officer met them at the police station and spoke to the son about being disrespectful to his mom and that he should follow the rules at home.
ARREST — A 41-year-old man was arrested May 5 for domestic assault and property damage following a report of a man yelling in the park and throwing his hands in the air.

ARREST — A 30-year-old man was arrested at 12:31 a.m. May 8 for third-degree driving while intoxicated and refusing to test during a traffic stop on Crow WIng County Highway 18 at Broadleaf Drive.
