DISTURBANCE — Report at 7:21 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, of people making noise and arguing on the 13000 block of Kenwood Drive. They were advised to keep it down.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 2:28 a.m. Tuesday of a suspicious vehicle near the boat launch at Whipple Beach Recreation Area, 14441 Oakwood Drive. Officer advised the person of park hours.

Report at 10:33 p.m. Tuesday of a person walking the wrong way in traffic and wearing dark clothing on Clearwater Road at Grand Oaks Drive.

Report at 3:52 a.m. Tuesday of a suspicious vehicle at Whipple Beach. Officer found a person fishing.

THEFT — Report Tuesday of a theft of a check ordering form from the caller’s vehicle while at Mills Ford, 14858 Dellwood Drive. Caller was unsure what was taken other than the receipt from ordering checks.

Brainerd police

ARRESTS — A 44-year-old man was arrested at 8:46 p.m. Tuesday for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 400 block of Laurel Street.

A 24-year-old was arrested at 1:20 p.m. Tuesday for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 700 block of Southwest Sixth Street.

A 50-year-old man was arrested at 8:33 a.m. Monday for a warrant following a traffic stop on the 500 block of E Street. He also was cited for driving after revocation.

A 21-year-old man was arrested at 1:56 a.m. Monday on a felony warrant, two counts of fifth-degree drug possession, fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and driving without a valid license during a traffic stop on the 100 block of First Avenue Northeast.

A 26-year-old man was arrested at 1:08 a.m. Monday for fourth-degree DWI during a traffic stop at highways 371 and 210.

Report at 7:35 a.m. Tuesday of a domestic disturbance on the 900 block of South Seventh Street.

Report at 12:33 p.m. Monday of a domestic disturbance on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.

ARRESTS — A 39-year-old man was arrested at 9:32 p.m. Sunday following a domestic disturbance on the 16000 block of Crow Wing County Highway 1.

A 38-year-old man was arrested at 3:29 p.m. Sunday for trespassing on the 20000 block of Nokay Lake Road, Deerwood.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 8:40 p.m. Sunday of a domestic disturbance on the 27000 block of Comstock Trail, Garrison.

Report at 10:31 a.m. Sunday of a domestic disturbance on the 16000 block of County Highway 2, Brainerd.

Report at 9:41 p.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance on the 24000 block of Miller Bay Road, Crosby, where the caller was being threatened with a firearm. Another person called in and stated he was being threatened by a stick. Deputies separated the people and advised them of their options with a harassment restraining order.

Report at 2:10 p.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance on the 5900 block of Barbeau Road. People separated before deputies arrived.

ARRESTS — A 41-year-old man was arrested Sunday for disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct after a report from a business on East Main Street where several people were yelling vulgarities and attempting to instigate a fight.

A 37-year-old man from Arizona was arrested June 3 for third-degree DWI-controlled substance following a report of a vehicle running over a stop sign on Third Avenue Southwest and then hitting another sign.

SUSPICIOUS — Report June 4 of a suspicious person sitting in front of a business on East Main Street harassing people and swearing. The person was advised of their obscene language and sent on their way.

Report June 3 a suspicious person singing, dancing and talking to themselves on the street and in a vacant lot near Cross Avenue Northeast and Fourth Street. Officer located the person who stated he was OK and was just on his way to go fishing.

Report June 3 a suspicious male walking slowly up and down Erie Avenue who appeared to be looking into people’s backyards. Officers were unable to locate anyone.

Report June 3 of a suspicious male walking by the caller’s home while she was outside with her son on Sixth Street Northeast.

Report May 30 of a resident on First Avenue Northeast of a neighbor outside staring and pointing at the complainant. Complainant believes it is from her calling the police two days earlier about the neighbor kicking her dog.

DISTURBANCES — Report June 4 of a male pounding on the door of a home multiple times and causing other issues. Officer spoke with the male and advised him.

Report June 4 of a domestic disturbance at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center.

THEFT — Report June 2 of a theft of a catalytic converter from a Crosby-Ironton Public School bus.

Report May 31 of a theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle.

ARRESTS — A 28-year-old man was arrested at 8:37 p.m. Saturday for DWI during a Toward Zero Death arrest in Brainerd.

A 57-year-old man was arrested at 7:20 p.m. June 4 for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop on Highway 371 at Crow Wing County Highway 13.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 7:31 p.m. Saturday of a domestic dispute on the 8000 block of Whitsrom Road.

Report at 3:14 a.m. May 31 of a group at Grand View Lodge, 4243 E. Linden Blvd., being loud and not quieting down. The group stated they were going to bed.
