ARRESTS — A 37-year-old woman was arrested at 11:28 p.m. Thursday, July 15, for drug possession, driving while intoxicated of a controlled substance and storing methamphetamine in the presence of a child during a traffic stop on Cypress Drive and Highway 210.

A 43-year-old man was arrested at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday for theft of $862.42 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 7295 Glory Road.

A 55-year-old man was arrested at 12:07 a.m. Tuesday for indecent exposure at Walmart.

ASSIST — Report at 4:08 a.m. Friday of someone being assaulted on West College Drive in Brainerd and a victim lying on the ground. Officers arrived and learned it was a group of teenagers horse playing.

THEFT — Report Wednesday of a suspect taping a cupboard shut, throwing away 290 Styrofoam cups and possibly taking a $300 memorial rock from Lakes Area Alano Club, 7829 Highway 210.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 3:59 a.m. Wednesday of a vehicle parked on the 7300 block of Excelsior Road. The driver was eating.

Report at 12:56 p.m. Tuesday of a suspicious male who attempted to enter Walmart with a full backpack and was last seen walking in Home Depot. The male was arrested on other offenses.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 2:22 p.m. Tuesday of a person making rude comments to staff at Holiday Stationstore, 7472 Excelsior Road.

ARRESTS — A 36-year-old man was arrested at 9:26 p.m. Thursday for active warrants following a report of an intoxicated person on the 400 block of Tyrol Drive.

A 54-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman were arrested at 9:03 p.m. Thursday during a traffic stop on the 100 block of Second Avenue Northeast. The woman was arrested for a felony of storing methamphetamines in the presence of a child, fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and several traffic violations and the man was arrested for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 44-year-old man was arrested at 2:22 a.m. Thursday for possession of a controlled substance and for trespassing on the 400 block of South Sixth Street.

A 29-year-old man was arrested at 1:35 a.m. Thursday for felony domestic assault, domestic assault by strangulation and disorderly conduct for brawling/fighting following a 911 hangup call on the 300 block of North Eighth Street.

A 31-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman were arrested at 12:58 a.m. Thursday following a report of a suspicious person on the 400 block of North Fifth Street. The man was arrested on two Crow Wing County warrants and the woman for giving a false name to a police officer, indecent exposure and driving after revocation.

A 46-year-old man was arrested at 3:59 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South Sixth Street for fifth-degree drug possession and violating a domestic abuse no contact order.

A 25-year-old man and a 36-year-old man were arrested for drug possession during a traffic stop on the 1000 block of Wright Street.

A 46-year-old man was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 400 block of C Street Northeast.

A 51-year-old woman was arrested at 10:07 p.m. July 12 for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 600 block of James Street.

A 38-year-old woman was arrested at 9:24 p.m. July 12 for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 1100 block of Mill Avenue.

A 32-year-old man was arrested at 6:06 a.m. July 12 for fifth-degree drug possession and possessing legend drugs on the 800 block of South 10th Street.

A 38-year-old man and a 37-year-old man were arrested at 3:22 a.m. July 12 for drug possession and other offenses on the 1200 block of South Sixth Street.

A 38-year-old woman was arrested at 9:50 p.m. July 11 for felony second-degree assault and misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 700 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at 6:39 a.m. July 11 for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 400 block of C Street.

A 63-year-old woman was arrested at 11:13 p.m. July 10 for third-degree DWI following a driving complaint on Northeast Washington Street and Fifth Avenue.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at 7:32 p.m. July 10 for fourth-degree DWI following a driving complaint on Highway 210 and being pulled over on Eighth Avenue Northeast and Washington Street.

A 26-year-old man was arrested at 12:50 a.m. July 10 for fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct and trespassing on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at 12:02 a.m. July 9 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault, second-degree DWI, disorderly conduct and other offenses on the 600 block of North Sixth Street.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 1:25 a.m. Friday of a suspicious person on the 900 block of Kingwood Street. Police are preparing charges against a person for violating the conditions of their release and forwarding it to the city prosecutor’s office.

Report at 1:25 a.m. Friday of suspicious activity on North Ninth and Holly streets.

Report at 3:08 p.m. Tuesday of suspicious activity on the 200 block of Northwest Third Street.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 12:37 a.m. Thursday of a domestic disturbance on South Seventh and Maple streets.

Report at 3:49 p.m. Tuesday of a verbal domestic dispute on the 700 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast.

Report at 3:06 p.m. Tuesday of a domestic disturbance on the 500 block of South Sixth Street.

Report at 1:36 p.m. Tuesday of a verbal argument on the 600 block of Quince Street.

Report at 7:15 p.m. July 12 of a domestic disturbance on the 100 block of Kelley Rae Road, Brainerd.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 1:47 a.m. July 6 of a possible fight on the southeast side. Officers made contact and people stated it was only a verbal argument.

Report at 6:26 p.m. July 4 of a domestic dispute on the 1800 block of Crestview Drive. Officers learned it was a verbal argument only and one of the people had already left the scene.

Report at 2:21 a.m. July 3 of a fight behind the Whiskey River Saloon, 66 Broadway E.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 7:05 p.m. July 5 of a suspicious shirtless male walking around the Dairy Queen, 1012 Haven Road, acting strange. Officers spoke with the male who said he was waiting for a sandwich and the staff said that was not the case. The male was advised to leave.

Report July 1 of a male at Keller WIlliams Realty Professionals, 205 16th St. NE, acting strange. The male was talking about Jesus and that now is the time. Police described the person who they had multiple contacts with and it was him. The male left on foot and police were unable to locate him.

THEFTS — Report July 6 of a theft of medications taken from a vehicle on Fifth Street Northeast.

Report July 2 of a theft of a cellphone on Eighth Avenue Southeast.

ARREST — A 24-year-old man was arrested at 5:21 a.m. July 1 following a dispute on the 500 block of Sixth Street southwest.

ARRESTS — A 32-year-old man was arrested at 6:41 p.m. July 10 for second-degree driving while intoxicated on Highway 27, Little Falls.

A 48-year-old woman was arrested at 2:09 a.m. July 10 for third-degree DWI on Highway 115, Randall.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 6:52 p.m. July 12 of people screaming next door on 210th Street in Randall. Deputies arrived and the complainant stated her son and his girlfriend were arguing about moving property in and out of the house and they left in separate vehicles.

Report at 8:57 p.m. July 11 of a verbal dispute between a father and son doing chores in Hillman. The two agreed to separate for the night.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 3:42 a.m. Wednesday of someone knocking on doors on Cassie Street in Pierz. As deputies were responding another call came in of four kids ringing doorbells. Deputies were unable to locate anyone.

Report at 4:45 p.m. July 10 of a man who kept walking by a house on the 12000 block of Falcon Road, Little Falls. The person was just looking for agates.
