ARRESTS — A 34-year-old woman was arrested at 12:26 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, for driving while intoxicated with a controlled substance following a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive.

A 19-year-old man was arrested at 10 a.m. Sunday for DWI following a minor property damage crash on Edgewood Drive.

A 24-year-old woman was arrested at 1:14 a.m. Sunday for fourth-degree DWI during a traffic stop on Glenwood Drive and Excelsior Road.

A 30-year-old man was arrested at 2:22 a.m. Saturday on a felony county warrant following a suspicious person on a bicycle on Washington and First streets in Brainerd.

A 29-year-old man was arrested at 10:32 p.m. Sept. 3 for DWI of a controlled substance during a traffic stop on Laurel Street in Brainerd.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 10:36 p.m. Monday of a male and female yelling at each other at Cub Foods, 14133 Edgewood Drive. Officers made contact and learned it was only a verbal dispute.

Report at 9 p.m. Monday of the caller stating she got in an argument with her mother and didn’t want to go home on the 14000 block of Green Briar Drive. The mother also called about her daughter leaving. Officers mediated the civil dispute and they both agreed to a solution.

Report at 8:59 p.m. Saturday of a female yelling in the parking lot of Super 8, 14341 Edgewood Drive. The female was having an argument on the phone.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 8:29 a.m. Saturday of open mailboxes and some junk scattered in front of Salon El Rio, 7760 Excelsior Road. The mailboxes contained untouched mail, unknown if anything was missing.

Report at 11:17 p.m. Sept. 3 of people in a vehicle on the 7300 block of Glory Road. The people were waiting for a friend to arrive.

Report at 10:54 p.m. Sept. 3 of an occupied vehicle in Baxter. The person was waiting for morning to ride the trails.

Report at 10:41 p.m. Sept. 3 of people at a picnic table on the 13000 block of Baxter Drive. The people were using Wi-Fi.

Report at 10:41 p.m. Sept. 3 of a damaged vehicle in the parking lot at El Tequila, 7399 Garrison Road. Officer spoke to the owner and told him to remove the vehicle.

THEFT — Report Sunday of a theft of an Amazon Fire high definition tablet from Best Buy, 14555 Edgewood Drive. The suspect removed the tablet from the packaging, placed it in his shorts and walked out of the business.

Brainerd police

ARRESTS — A 45-year-old woman was arrested at 12:22 a.m. Sept. 2 for domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 900 block of 28th Street Southeast.

A 24-year-old man was arrested at 10:08 p.m. Sept. 1 on a warrant following a report of a suspicious person on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.

A 58-year-old man was arrested at 3:29 p.m. Sept. 1 for driving after cancellation during a traffic stop on Highway 25 and Thiesse Road.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 3:54 a.m. Sept. 1 of a domestic disturbance on the 500 block of North Third Street.

Pequot Lakes police

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 10:40 p.m. Saturday of suspicious activity on Olson Street.

ARREST — A 30-year-old woman was arrested at 8:37 p.m. Aug. 31 following an assault on Obsidian Lane.

DISTURBANCE — Report at 11:29 a.m. Aug. 31 of a domestic disturbance at an apartment on Olson Street.
