SUSPICIOUS — Report at 3:28 a.m. Friday, Sept. 10, of loud music coming from a vehicle on the 7300 block of Woida Road. Officer made contact and advised the person to keep music at a reasonable level.

Report at 1:41 p.m. Thursday of a male and female who have come into the Westgate Mall, 14136 Baxter Drive, multiple times acting suspiciously. They were gone before police arrived.

Report Wednesday of a woman, who claimed to be from Medicare, at the Sleep Center of Central Minnesota, 13495 Elder Drive, asking questions about staff and taking photos. Police located the person who worked for a company that contracts with Medicare.

Report at 7:46 a.m. Thursday of a man walking near a school on Highland Scenic Drive and Knollwood Drive and the caller does not believe the man has a child. Police made contact and the man works at the school and walked around the area to smoke.

THEFTS — Report Thursday of a theft of a catalytic converter taken from a company truck on the 7700 block of Hastings Road.

Report Thursday of a theft of a laptop computer from Costco, 13650 Elder Drive.

ARRESTS — A 44-year-old man was arrested at 11:49 p.m. Sunday on three warrants following a domestic disturbance on the 1400 block of Pine Street.

A 40-year-old man was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Sunday for obstructing the legal process on the 2800 block of Addison Avenue.

A 40-year-old woman was arrested at 2:12 p.m. Sunday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on the 3600 block of Fred Lane.

A 42-year-old woman was arrested at 11:35 p.m. Saturday for second-degree DWI and test refusal during a traffic stop on Golf Course Drive at Fairview Road.

A 19-year-old man was arrested at 10:44 p.m. Saturday for fifth-degree drug possession and fourth-degree DWI following a driving complaint on Pine and Southeast 13th streets.

A 31-year-old woman was arrested at 9:52 p.m. Saturday for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct after a report of yelling on the 1000 block of South Eighth Street.

A 23-year-old man was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Saturday for interfering with an emergency call, misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 1100 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.

A 28-year-old man was arrested at 1:37 a.m. Saturday for violating the conditions of his release following a report of a domestic disturbance on the 400 block of East River Road.

A 32-year-old man was arrested at 1:26 a.m. Saturday for fleeing police and disorderly conduct following a large fight on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

A 39-year-old man was arrested at 11:03 p.m. Friday on a warrant following a domestic disturbance on the 500 block of North Third Street.

A 27-year-old man was arrested at 12:03 a.m. Friday for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop on the 400 block of South Sixth Street.

A 35-year-old woman was arrested at 4:31 p.m. Friday on a warrant following a fight at H Street and 10th Avenue Northeast.

A 27-year-old man was arrested at 12:03 a.m. Friday for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop on the 400 block of South Sixth Street.

A 39-year-old man was arrested at 10:26 p.m. Thursday for a warrant, obstruction of the legal process and fleeing from police on the 400 block of South Sixth Street.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at 1:28 p.m. Thursday for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, being a felon and knowingly violating his predatory offender registry, using a police radio while being a felon and multiple traffic and drug violations during a traffic stop on the 800 block of West Washington Street.

A 33-year-old woman was arrested at 4:54 p.m. Wednesday for misdemeanor indecent exposure and disorderly conduct on the 900 block of Oak Street.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 6:53 a.m. Monday of a domestic disturbance on the 900 block of 28th Street Southeast.

Report at 11 p.m. Sunday of a domestic disturbance on the 1700 block of Norwood Street.

Report at 10:11 p.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance on the 1300 block of N Street. Caller wanted officers to remove a person.

Report at 10:52 a.m. Saturday of a domestic assault on Rosewood Street. Police are preparing charges for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct to forward to the city prosecutor's office.

Report at 10:33 p.m. Friday a domestic disturbance on the 1000 block of South Eighth Street.

Report at 10:32 p.m. Friday a domestic disturbance on the 1900 block of South Seventh Street. Police are preparing charges against a person for violating the city’s noise ordinance to be forwarded to the prosecutor’s office.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 10:01 p.m. Thursday of an assault on the 10000 block of Leisure Lane, Brainerd. Deputies investigated.

Report at 5:53 p.m. Thursday of a domestic disturbance on the 9200 block of Crow Wing County Highway 1, Pine River. Deputies were unable to locate the person.

Report at 11:24 a.m. Thursday of a domestic disturbance in and around the courthouse, 326 Laurel St.

Report at 6:28 a.m. Thursday of a domestic disturbance on the 3000 block of Olson Street, Pequot Lakes.

Report at 12:07 a.m. Thursday of a domestic assault on the 16000 block of McKay Road, Brainerd. The sheriff's office is preparing paperwork for charges to be sent to the county attorney’s office.

Report at 10:38 p.m. Sept. 7 of a domestic disturbance on the 12000 block of Burgwald Road, Brainerd. The caller’s son was threatening to burn down the house and kill them.

ARRESTS — A 34-year-old man was arrested at 5:18 p.m. Sept. 7 for making threats following a domestic dispute on the 21000 block of Stratford Road, Nisswa.

BURGLARY — Report at 10:37 p.m. Thursday of a burglary in progress on the 37000 block of Bonnie Lake Road, Crosslake. The call was unfounded.

THEFTS — Report Thursday of items taken from a vehicle on the 8900 block of Highway 169, Garrison. The vehicle’s passenger window was broken.

Report Sept. 7 of a theft of a package on the 22000 block of Serenity Lane, Nisswa.
