Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Emergency Medical Services will provide hands-on CPR training for youths attending Legionville summer camp at 6 p.m. Monday at Legionville, 9544 Legionville Road, Brainerd.
The 30-45 minute course will be taught by Brian Krantz, RN.
Legionville is a summer camp operated by The American Legion to train 8-13 year olds in safety, as crossing guards and bus patrols. It has been operating since 1936 and other organizations such as the Minnesota Highway Patrol have continuously associated with them. This camp attracts youth from all over the state for a week of safety training. CRMC Emergency Services provided hands-on CPR training to the 650 youth participating this summer.
