A 32-year-old Crosby man faces two felony domestic charges following a Saturday incident.

Anthony Eugene Christenson had his first appearance Tuesday in Crow Wing County District Court in Brainerd in front of Judge Erik Askegaard. He was charged with two felony domestic assault charges. Bail was set at $30,000 without conditions or $10,000 with conditions. Christenson posted bail and was released the same day. His next court appearance is 1:30 pm. July 25.

According to the probable cause court document filed against Christenson, Crosby police officers were dispatched at 5:45 p.m. Saturday to a physical domestic at a residence in Crosby.

Upon arrival, officers learned Christenson allegedly tackled, slapped, struck and taunted a female victim who was known to Christenson.

The officer took photographs of the victim's physical injuries and noted there were four young girls in the living room.The girls did not witness the incident.

Christenson has prior records of domestic violence. He was convicted of felony domestic assault in 2010 and 2013 in Crow Wing County District Court.
