The following people were recently sentenced in Crow Wing County District Court:
William R. Fearing, 24, Brainerd was sentenced Wednesday by Judge Kristine DeMay to 21 months in the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud, with sentence stayed for five years, for violating his probation for a third-degree assault charge. He also was sentenced to 24 months in the St. Cloud prison, with sentence stayed for five years for felony charge of knowingly violating the registration requirements.
Janelle M. Landecker, 38, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced Dec. 16, 2014, by DeMay to one year in Crow Wing County Jail, with sentence stayed for three years, for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (DWI).
Derek Lee Brown, 35, Crosby, was sentenced Dec. 18, 2014, by DeMay to five years supervised probation for felony charge of making terroristic threats. Successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor charge.
Aaron F. Lloyd, 41, Baxter, was sentenced Dec. 15, 2014, by DeMay to 10 years of supervised probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession.

Ashlyn R. Hood, 20, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 12 by DeMay to 365 days in county jail, with sentence stayed for one year for gross misdemeanor traffic regulation violation with a school bus.
Cassandra L. Stenson, 23, Brainerd was sentenced Jan. 12 by DeMay to 365 days in county jail, with sentence stayed for one year for gross misdemeanor traffic regulation violation with a school bus.
Clifford H. Kittelson, 72, Crosby, was sentenced Dec. 29, 2014, by Judge Earl Maus to five years of unsupervised probation for felony theft. Successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor charge.
Samantha J. Martin, 25, Pillager, was sentenced Jan. 8 by Maus to one day in county jail and on supervised probation for five years for felony fifth-degree drug possession. Successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor charge.
Vernon B. Olson, 57, Pine River, was sentenced Jan. 8 by Maus to 57 months in the St. Cloud prison, with sentenced stayed for 57 months for felony third-degree drug sale.
Jerry D. Erickson, 52, Deerwood, was sentenced Jan. 8 by Maus to five years of supervised probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. Successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor charge.
Alvin R. Borich, 19, Brainerd, was sentenced Dec. 22, 2014, was sentenced by Maus to 12 months and one day, with sentence stayed for five years, for felony fifth-degree drug possession.
Cody T. Wills, 23, Brainerd, was sentenced Feb. 12 by Judge David Ten Eyck to five years of supervised probation for felony domestic assault. Successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor charge.

Shanna L. Simmons, 29, Brainerd, was sentenced Feb. 11 by Ten Eyck to 365 days in county jail with sentence stayed for three years, on two counts of gross misdemeanor DWI.
Shirley A. Pajari, 64, Brainerd, was sentenced Feb. 11 by Ten Eyck to 365 days in county jail with sentence stayed for one year, for gross misdemeanor DWI.
Jonathan L. Spath, 44, Big Lake, was sentenced Feb. 11 by Ten Eyck to 365 days in county jail with sentence stayed for one year, for gross misdemeanor of issuing a dishonored check.
Alayna M. Ellenson, 42, Bloomington, was sentenced Feb. 5 by Ten Eyck to 365 days in county jail with sentence stayed for three years, for gross misdemeanor DWI.
Patrick S. Connor, 22, Bemidji, was sentenced Feb. 2 by Ten Eyck to two years of supervised probation for gross misdemeanor theft.
Tanner J. Kall, 20, Duluth, was sentenced Feb. 2 by Ten Eyck to 13 months in the St. Cloud prison, with sentence stayed for 13 months for felony fifth-degree drug possession.
Amy C. Sells, 39, Brainerd, was sentenced Feb. 2 to 365 days in county jail with 362 days stayed for two years, for gross misdemeanor of obstructing the legal process.
Anna V. Sebasky, 31, St. Cloud, was sentenced Jan. 5, by Judge Richard Zimmerman to five years of supervised probation for felony charge of storing drugs in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult. Successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor charge.

Scott D. Listrom, 51, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 15 by Zimmerman to one year in county jail for gross misdemeanor theft and two years of supervised probation.
Nathan P. Schnaufer, 29, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 26 by Zimmerman to 17 months in St. Cloud prison, with sentence stayed for 10 years, for felony fifth-degree drug possession.
Stephen J. Von Ruden, 24, Merrifield, was sentenced Jan. 29 by Zimmerman to five years supervised probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. Successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor charge.
Jona M. Fineday, 33, Onamia, was sentenced Jan. 13 by Zimmerman to 13 months in the Shakopee prison, with sentence stayed for five years, for felony theft. She also was given the same sentence for felony financial transaction card fraud.
Joshua O. Mcaninch, 24, Baxter, was sentenced Jan. 16 to 26 months in the St. Cloud prison for felony third-degree burglary. He was given credit for 172 days served.
David A. Theien, 32, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 15 by Zimmerman to 39 months in the St. Cloud prison, with sentence stayed for 20 years for felony third-degree drug sale.
William J. Engstrom-Bock, 24, Baxter, was sentenced Jan. 23 by Zimmerman to 45 days in county jail, to serve 45 days on work release for violating his probation on a second-degree burglary charge. He also is on five years of supervised probation. Successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor charge.
Chad S. Hanson, 41, Pillager, was sentenced Jan. 15 by Zimmerman to 12 months and one day, with sentence stayed for five years, for felony fifth-degree drug possession.

Sean M. Graff, 32, Nisswa, was sentenced Jan. 12 by Zimmerman to 365 days in county jail, with sentence stayed for two years, for gross misdemeanor traffic violation.

Anthony J. Summers, 40, Mahnomen, was sentenced Jan. 26 by Zimmerman to 29 months in St. Cloud prison, with credit for time of 300 days served for felony third-degree burglary.
Eddie R. Simmons, 32, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 14 by Zimmerman to 12 months and one day in the St. Cloud prison, with sentence stayed for five years, for felony fifth-degree drug possession.
Aaron L. Summers, 22, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 15 by Zimmerman to 12 months and one day in the St. Cloud prison, with sentence stayed for 10 years, for felony fifth-degree drug possession.
James J. Kellogg, 59, Plymouth, was sentenced Jan. 14 by Zimmerman to 90 days in county jail with sentence stayed for two years, for misdemeanor DWI.
David A. Theien, 32, unknown address, was sentenced Jan. 15 by Zimmerman to 25 months in the St. Cloud prison, with sentence stayed for five years, for felony fifth-degree drug possession.

Mark A. Beach, 46, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 14 by Zimmerman to 365 days in county jail with 344 days stayed for three years for gross misdemeanor DWI.
Cindy J. Kruger, 44, Ironton, was sentenced Jan. 14 by Zimmerman to 365 days in county jail with sentence stayed for two years for gross misdemeanor charge of financial transaction card fraud.
Theresa M. Dahl, 61, Belgrade, was sentenced Jan. 14 by Zimmerman to 365 days in county jail with sentence stayed for three years, for gross misdemeanor DWI.
Bryce G. Olshanski, 24, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 20 by Zimmerman to 365 days in county jail with sentence stayed for three years, for gross misdemeanor DWI.
