The following people were sentenced in Crow Wing County District Court on felony charges:

Bruce W. Bartylla, 57, Brainerd, was sentenced March 17 by Judge Earl E. Maus for fifth-degree drug possession to two years of supervised probation and a $375 fine.

Brent T. Eckman, 44, Pine River, was sentenced Feb. 6 by Maus for receiving stolen property to five years unsupervised probation and a $385 fine.

Raymond T. Flategraff, 34, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced Jan. 20 by Judge Richard A. Zimmerman for issuing a dishonored check to five years of supervised probation and a $1,527 fine.

Terra Jo Forshier, 34, New Hope, was sentenced Jan. 9 by Judge Erik J. Askegaard for check forgery to five years of unsupervised probation and a $210 fine. She also was sentenced to two years of unsupervised probation for gross misdemeanor of giving a false name to a peace officer and a $50 fine.

Tracey D. Habiger, 39, Zimmerman, was sentenced Jan. 12 by Judge Kristine R. DeMay for second-degree drug sale to 95 months in the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud and a $210 fine.

Stacey K. Johnson, 33, Bemidji, was sentenced Feb. 13 by Maus for fleeing a peace officer in a vehicle and gross misdemeanor of obstructing the legal process to three years of supervised probation, three days in jail and a $260 fine. Johnson violated her probation on April 28 and spent five days in jail and paid a $210 fine.

Jeremiah M. Johnson, 51, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 11 by Askegaard for financial fraud, using a credit card without consent to five years supervised probation and a $2,407 fine.

Brady J. Josie, 22, Faribault, was sentenced Feb. 8 by Maus for theft to five years supervised probation and a $460 fine.

Todd J. Kaczmarek, 53, Brainerd, was sentenced March 9 by Zimmerman for fifth-degree drug possession to five years supervised probation and 39 days in jail, with 20 days of credit for time already served and a $210 fine.

Regina K. Kraimer, 33, Blaine, was sentenced March 7 by Zimmerman for fifth-degree drug possession to five years supervised probation, three days in jail and a $320 fine. Third-degree drug sale and fifth-degree drug possession were dismissed.

Angel C. McGinnis, 30, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 11 by Askegaard for fifth-degree drug possession to five years of supervised probation, 90 days in jail, with credit of 28 days and a $660 fine.

Ross R. Olsen, 52, Hackensack, was sentenced Feb. 13 by Maus for stalking to 10 years of supervised probation. Three gross misdemeanor and two misdemeanor stalking counts were dismissed.

Dawn K. Powell, 46, Nisswa, was sentenced March 2 by Zimmerman for fifth-degree drug change to five years of supervised probation and a $500 fine.

Tes S. Sam, 20, Onamia, was sentenced March 2 by Zimmerman for possession of shoplifting gear to four years of unsupervised probation and a $135 fine. She also was sentenced for misdemeanor fifth-degree assault of one year of unsupervised probation, given credit for 37 days already served in jail and to pay a $468 fine.

Jonathan C. Schwegel, 33, Nisswa, was sentenced Jan. 5 by Askegaard for receiving stolen property to five years of supervised probation, 11 days in jail and a $2,072 fine.

Zhaokun Tong, 51, St. Paul, was sentenced March 17 by Maus for prostitution to 45 days in jail, 10 years supervised probation and a $1,585 fine. Charges of third- and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and soliciting children to engage in sexual conduct were dismissed.

Vernon G. Wipper, 54, Clearwater, was sentenced Feb. 21 by Maus for fifth-degree drug possession to five years of supervised probation and a $500 fine.
