Crow Wing County Land Services Department would like the public’s input on proposed revisions to the county land use ordinance and proposed amendments to its land use map.
A public hearing about the proposed revisions will be March 30 before the county planning commission. A summary of the proposed changes to the land use ordinance and locations of land use map amendments are listed on the county’s website.
The ordinance revisions and land use map amendments can be viewed at www.crowwing.us/ordinance . Written comments on the proposed changes will be accepted until 5 p.m. March 5 and may be submitted to the land services department at landservices@crowwing.us , or mailed to 322 Laurel St., Suite 15, Brainerd, MN 56401.
The planning commission will make a recommendation on the proposed ordinance revisions and land use map amendments to the county board of commissioners for final approval at its regular meeting on or after April 13.
