Crow Wing County entered into a contract with Anderson Brothers Construction for the reconstruction of County Highway 13 from County Road 137 to County Highway 4.
The construction work will consist of grading, aggregate base and bituminous surfacing.
The road will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, April 20, when the existing pavement will be removed. Through traffic will be detoured via county highways 4 and 18, and Highway 371 in Nisswa.
The county will post construction updates on Facebook, Twitter and the highway department website at crowwing.us/149/Current-Projects . All construction operations are scheduled to be completed prior to Labor Day.
