The following people were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court:
James H. Geray, 29, Breckenridge, was sentenced Jan. 15 by Judge Richard A. Zimmerman to 54 months in the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud, with sentence stayed for 30 years to felony third-degree drug possession of 3 grams or more of cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine.
Joshua T. Tyson Wolvert, 33, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 15 by Zimmerman to two years of supervised probation for gross misdemeanor fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle.
Jassen L. Beach, 40, Brainerd was sentenced Jan. 13 by Zimmerman to 17 months in the St. Cloud prison, with sentence stayed for five years for felony fifth-degree drug possession.
Quentin A. Cooley, 19, Falcon Heights, was sentenced Dec. 16, 2014, by Judge Kristine R. DeMay to four years of supervised probation for felony of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. Successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor conviction.

Joshua D. Kreller, 21, Sartell, was sentenced Jan. 13 by Zimmerman to 365 days in Crow Wing County Jail, with sentence stayed for two years for gross misdemeanor domestic assault.
Valerie J. Bellcourt, 49, Brainerd, was sentenced Dec. 15, 2014, by DeMay to five years of supervised probation for felony domestic assault. Successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor conviction.
Reed A. Clark, 27, St. Cloud, was sentenced Jan. 15 by Zimmerman to 20 months in the St. Cloud prison for felony theft. Clark was given credit of 90 days already served.
Kyler L. Helmin, 23, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 14 by Zimmerman to 358 days in county jail, with sentence stayed for three years for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (DWI).
Kristopher K. Kalweit, 47, Backus, was sentenced Jan. 12 by Zimmerman to five years of supervised probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession.
Preston Lee Hines, 30, Brainerd, was sentenced Jan. 8 by Earl E. Maus to 29 months in St. Cloud prison for felony stalking-third or subsequent violation in 10 years. He was given credit for 260 days of time already served. He also was sentenced to 17 months in prison for felony fifth-degree drug possession and given credit for 202 days of time already served. The sentences are concurrent.
Anthony J. Belfiori, 27, Nisswa, was sentenced Jan. 12 by Zimmerman to 365 days in county jail, with 362 days stayed for three years for gross misdemeanor DWI.
Editor's note: In court terms, when a person is sentenced and given a time that is "stayed," it means that if the person violates the terms of their probation, that they may have to serve the original jail/prison sentence that the judge imposed.
