Who benefits by ending the embargo-the US or Cuba? That was one of the questions that was discussed at the Great Decisions kick-off meeting Monday night. Dave Boran, keynote presenter, shared his photos from two trips to Cuba. Attendees were able to experience the country's culture, people and landscape, a news release said.
Following Dave's presentation the group participated in the Great Decisions video, discussion questions and shared their views. The group learned the history, economics and transformation of Cuba. The release said 40 people attended.
