The Crow Wing County Highway Department has scheduled culvert replacements on County Road 170 (Mapleton Road) and County State Aid Highway 23 on Thursday.
Work on Mapleton Road will occur about .25 miles west of Mountain Ash Drive between 7-11 a.m. On Highway 23, the work area will be 500 feet north of Highway 2 between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. This will require roads be closed to through traffic at the site of the repairs. The county is asking motorists to plan alternative routes to avoid these construction areas.
