Dad's Helping Hand

Jason Jones helps his son, Tait, create a gingerbread house Friday, Dec. 14, at Harrison Elementary School. Keeping with tradition, the kindergartners invite a family member to the school each year to help decorate the gingerbread houses. Volunteers assemble the gingerbread frames, the frosting is made in the kitchen at the school and family members bring candy to trim the houses. Steve Kohls / Brainerd Dispatch
