Property owners and managers have until June 1 to register their rental properties.
For those who own or manage rental dwellings in the city of Brainerd and haven't received a renewal form(s) or an application or have questions regarding the status of your property, call the Department of Building Safety at 218-828-2309. Rental properties owners who fail to register are subject to unlicensed dwelling fees.
