Meet local Democrat and Republican candidates as they square off in our state candidate forum tonight, Thursday, October 1st, at Grand View Lodge.

The livestream of the candidates will start at 6:30 P.M. You may need to refresh your browser window if you have it open prior to that time.

This forum is free to attend and open to the public. It will be streamed live on the Brainerd Dispatch Facebook page and website, and audiences may submit written questions to the candidates through the Facebook Live coverage. COVID safety rules related to face coverings, room capacity and social distancing will be followed.

Area candidate forums are presented by the League of Women Voters, Brainerd Dispatch, and the Brainerd Lakes, Crosslake, Cuyuna Lakes, Nisswa and Pequot Lakes Chambers of Commerce. The Brainerd Lakes Area Community Foundation helped to fund online broadcasting.
