Different calls send out firefighters response

The Brainerd Fire Department responded to three calls Thursday starting with assisting with two-vehicle crash with injuries reported at 2:43 p.m. on Highway 18.

The Brainerd Fire Department responded to three calls Thursday starting with assisting with two-vehicle crash with injuries reported at 2:43 p.m. on Highway 18.

Firefighters then were called at 7:46 p.m. to a carbon monoxide call at Oak Crest Manor, 2106 Spruce Drive. Firefighters investigated and determined it to be faulty detector. Then at 11:52 p.m., firefighters were called to Gander Mountain, 14275 Edgewood Drive, for a water flow alarm. Firefighters determined it to be a maintenance issue.
