ROYALTON-An Anoka man was injured when he lost control of the Ford truck he was driving, causing a crash involving three other vehicles.
The Minnesota State Patrol reported Carlo M. Brengman, 25, Anoka, was traveling northbound on Highway 10 near the intersection of Nature Road in Royalton, when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a Chevy Equinox, then over corrected and collided with a semitrailer. During the impact, Brengman's Ford also made contact with another Ford truck. The roads were icy at the time of the crash, the state patrol reported.
Brengman was transported to St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls for non-life-threatening injuries.
The other drivers, who had no apparent injuries, were Stephen J. May, 58, Avon; Andrew A. Kamm, 31, Lafayette; and Gerald R. Nygaard, 51, South St. Paul.
The crash was reported at 6:22 a.m.
