Drivers in fair condition after Saturday crash

Two of four drivers--who were injured and taken to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale after being in a crash Saturday--were listed in fair condition Tuesday.

Two of four drivers-who were injured and taken to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale after being in a crash Saturday-were listed in fair condition Tuesday.

The drivers were Adrian W. Pollock, 37, Burnsville, and Daniel T. Haugen, 39, Richfield, who had non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash was reported at 5 p.m. and was on Highway 64 in Poplar Township in Cass County, north of Leader. The Minnesota State Patrol reported a Jeep Grand Cherokee, Hyundai Santa Fe and Ford Edge were northbound on Highway 64, while a Ford Fusion was driving south.

The Fusion veered into the northbound lane, striking the Jeep slightly offset of head-on, the state patrol stated. The Fusion continued south in the northbound lane, forcing the Edge to the ditch and striking the Santa Fe head-on.
