A 43-year-old Duluth man was injured Tuesday when his vehicle crossed the center line on Highway 210 in Cass County and struck another vehicle head-on, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.
William O. Johnson was transported to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd and treated for non-life threatening injuries. He was in fair condition Tuesday afternoon. Alcohol was detected in Johnson's system, the state patrol said.
The other driver, Gina D. Stelck, 44, Pillager, was not injured.
The incident was reported at 12:07 a.m.
The Cass County Sheriff's Office assisted the state patrol on scene.
