EAST GULL LAKE-East Gull Lake will host a public meeting at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 8 at St. Thomas of the Pines Catholic Church near Madden's Resort, 11266 Pine Beach Road, to discuss the comprehensive plan.
The city invites permanent and summer residents of East Gull Lake to attend the meeting to give them an opportunity to voice concerns about the changes to the plan. These changes will result in significant changes to the public ordinances, the city stated in an email. An outline is available on the website, as well as the old and new versions of the plan. The city will accept email input sent to city hall for those who cannot attend.
