An 82-year-old Brainerd woman who was reported missing Tuesday was found dead Wednesday in Baxter, reported the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office released information Wednesday morning asking for the public's help in locating Evelyn Noasha Nelson. Nelson was last known to be in the Brainerd/Baxter area at around noon Tuesday. She was running some errands but never returned home.
Wednesday night, the sheriff's office reported they found Nelson's body in Baxter. Foul play is not suspected, the sheriff's office said.
