BAXTER-Elmwood Drive from Forthun Road to Garrison Road will be closed beginning Monday and will reopen on Tuesday for the installation of new water main utility for the HJ Development retail construction project.
Local access to existing businesses will be maintained during construction. The direction of access to and from businesses within the construction zone will be accessed from the north or the south during the construction activity.
Baxter urges drivers to use caution in the work zone and avoid the construction area if possible.
