CROSBY - On Tuesday, Unlimited Learning will present a discussion of ever changing tax and estate issues. Parents and their adult children should start a dialogue that will help prevent the unnecessary time and expense of probate and the minefield of potential conflicts associated with not having an estate plan.
Chris Anderson, president and registered representative with North Oaks Financial Services; and Brian T. Carlson, founder and general manager of Generations Law Offices in Crosslake, will address estate planning as well as the complex scams being directed at aging adults.
The presentation is scheduled from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at Heartwood Senior Living in Crosby. Everyone is welcome, cost for non-members is $5.
