Adviser nomination: "Maeve is off to a great start in the first part of TV Production 1. She is a top contributor in class discussions and does an excellent job of self-governing while on-assignment outside of the classroom."
Other fine arts activities: Theater and Wind Symphony.
Why did you decide to join TV production?: "I've always been interested in shows and how they create them and what goes on behind the scenes. I want to be a director or something and thought this would be a great place to start. I can learn the basics and what's going on."
What have you done so far in class?: "We've learned how to work the camera, learned the different compositions like angles and shots. It's all the basics, we haven't gotten into much else yet."

What do you like about it?: "Honestly, this is one of the first classes I have taken where I joined expecting something and I'm actually getting what I expected. I'm learning how to work a camera and learning how to have these cool shots and angles. I'm getting to practice and he (the teacher) gives us plenty of time to work with the camera in the hallways and stuff. And it's just a really cool class and I like it."
Were you surprised by anything?: "I was surprised with the names of the angles. There is one called a Dutch angle and that is really weird. It's an angle that is kind of tilted.
"I haven't found myself changing the way I take (my personal) pictures. I usually take pictures really weirdly. I'll just do a basic selfie or zoom in. I don't do any special angles because when I take pictures they are of my dog and something she is doing so I have to get that picture right then, or she'll stop doing it.
"I'm a dog lover, I have two dogs, a yellow Labrador named Rook and a black Labrador named Raven. I also have two cats, a Siberian hamster named Misha and a mouse named Archibald. I bought (the mouse) in October for $6 at PetSmart."
What are you working on?: "We haven't done anything yet, but we will be getting plenty, an assignment should come soon. We are still learning."

Dream job: "I would really like to be a film director, but I doubt I could actually do it. I'm not the best with people. I sometimes get really confusing when I talk to people. It's hard to direct them if they can't understand you.
"I would like to be in charge of a show or be an animator, or an actor would be ok. I'd like to do fantasy shows, shows with action, shows using mythology creatures, or a children's TV show with animations would be cool."
Favorite subject: Mathematics.
Favorite movie: "The Lion King."
Favorite TV show: "We Bare Bears."
What do you like to read about?: "Anything with rocks or animals."
Favorite song: "Arsonist's Lullaby."
Favorite band: Imagine Dragons.

Favorite restaurant: "I like Coco Moon in Brainerd. I like coffee. They have an Irish creme de mint coffee I really like. Their Italian sodas are good, too."
Something you do: "I play 'Dungeons and Dragons' with my family on Sunday night. We've been doing this for a year. My dad has always loved the game and he found all his figurines and I guess we wanted to play with them."
Hobbies: Drawing.
Biggest pet peeve: "There are so many, but when someone doesn't help out with a team project."
Parents: David and Anne Pritschet of Brainerd.
