Fire Department rescues worker from billboard sign

The Brainerd Fire Department responded to a call about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, to help a worker on a billboard sign near Dunmire's Bar and Grill along Highway 210 east of Brainerd. A police scanner reported a call for help after a worker apparently had a seizure while 30-feet above the ground. The worker was rescued and transported by ambulance to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd.
