Firefighters assist at 2 crash scenes

The Brainerd Fire Department assisted at two vehicle crashes Tuesday, Nov. 9.

The first crash was reported at 1:12 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 210 and Inglewood Drive in Baxter. Firefighters assisted at the scene.

The Baxter Police Department reported a driver failed to yield, resulting in the crash. One driver suffered minor injuries and was transported to the emergency room in a private vehicle. The other driver did not report any injuries.

The second crash was reported at 5:04 p.m. on the 400 block of West Washington Street, where the department again assisted at the scene.
