The Brainerd Fire Department Firefighters assisted in a medical rescue at 4:12 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of Broadway Street. It was reported that a boy got his finger stuck between the chain and the sprocket of his bike. Firefighters were able to free the finger.
Firefighters also responded to a call at 1:06 a.m. Thursday to the Iron Rail, 707 Laurel St. Firefighters were canceled en route.
