The Brainerd Fire Department responded to a fire alarm Sunday, Sept. 12, at Harmony House in Brainerd.
Firefighters were called at 10:24 a.m. to a fire alarm at Harmony House, 218 SW Ninth St., Brainerd. Upon investigation, it was determined to be a maintenance matter.
Firefighters responded to three calls Saturday, including a vehicle versus motorcycle crash about 9:40 a.m. at the intersection of highways 371 and 210. Fire crews assisted with traffic control. The Minnesota State Patrol handled the crash and as of Monday afternoon it had not reported it as a personal injury crash.
Firefighters also were called at 5:31 p.m. Saturday to UpNorth Bounce House, 15840 Audubon Way, Baxter, for a fire alarm. Upon investigation, it was determined to be unfounded. About an hour later a fire alarm was reported on the 9700 block of Black Bear Circle. Upon investigation, it was determined to be caused from burned food.
