The Brainerd Fire Department was called at 12:18 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's-Northern Orthopedics Clinic, 2014 S. Sixth St., Brainerd, for a fire alarm that was determined to be caused by burned food.
Firefighters were also called at 11:44 p.m. Tuesday to the 300 block of Kingwood Street for a carbon monoxide alarm, determined to be a maintenance matter.
