Firefighters respond to carbon monoxide call

The Brainerd Fire Department was called to check on a carbon monoxide alarm at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday at a residence on the 300 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast in Brainerd. Fire crews investigated and learned the alarm needed new batteries.
