The Brainerd Fire Department responded to a call at 3:23 p.m. Thursday to the Brainerd Manufacturing Plant, 2110 South 10th Street, to a fire in a dust collector system. Firefighters extinguished the fire and ventilated the building. A second fire broke out while on scene and firefighters sent two crews out.
