The Brainerd Fire Department responded to a gas leak at 12:40 p.m. Monday at Caribou Coffee, 15175 Edgewood Drive, Baxter.
Firefighters checked the building and did not find any toxic gases. The building was ventilated by staff for an hour prior to calling 911, Baxter police reported.
Firefighters responded to a smoke smell at 5:14 p.m. Monday on the 3300 block of Oak Street. Firefighters investigated and it was unfounded.
Firefighters responded to two grass fires Saturday: the first call was at 5:13 p.m. on Riverside Drive and Ahrens Hill Road in Brainerd, and the second was at 5:15 p.m. on the 5600 block of 20th Street, Fort Ripley.
