The Brainerd Fire Department responded to one call Sunday morning and two on Saturday.

Firefighters were called at 11:54 a.m. Sunday to a pull station alarm on the 200 block of South Fifth Street. Upon arrival, it was determined the alarm was pulled by a 3-year-old.

Firefighters were called at 9:37 a.m. Saturday to a fire alarm at Woodland Good Samaritan on Buffalo Hills Lane. Upon arrival, firefighters determined the alarm was due to a faulty detector. No fire or smoke was present.

Then at 6:49 p.m., firefighters responded to a report of smoke in an apartment on the 500 block of South Eighth Street from a possible dryer fire. Upon arrival, firefighters determined the dryer fire was out. Crews ventilated the apartment as they found some smoke.
