STAPLES - Lakewood Health System is helping you live well, which often means preventing illnesses before they happen. Because we understand the importance of protecting our patients and those around you, we will be offering flu shot clinics on predetermined dates and times.
These clinics are intended to accommodate our patients and be respectful of their time, as the implementation of Epic, Lakewood Health System's new electronic medical record, can cause increased wait times during registration. Your patience and understanding during these delays is greatly appreciated.
Lakewood will be offering walk-in flu shot clinics at its Staples clinic on the following days:
• Oct. 15 from 12 to 8 p.m.
• Oct. 19 to Oct. 23 from 7 to 9 a.m.

• Oct. 24 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
There will also be walk-in flu shot clinics offered from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at satellite clinics on the following days:
• Oct. 20 in Motley
• Oct. 21 in Eagle Bend
• Oct. 22 in Browerville
• Oct. 23 in Pillager
Starting Oct. 15, flu shots will also be available by appointment or during clinic hours, however delayed wait times may occur during walk-in hours. Flu shots can also be given during regularly scheduled appointments if requested by the patient.
