The Board of Trustees of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities named Larry Lundblad to serve as the interim president of Minnesota State College Southeast.
The appointment of Lundblad is effective Feb. 1.
Lundblad served as the president of Central Lakes College for 10 years until he retired in 2016. Previously, he served South Central College in several capacities, including vice president and chief academic officer and dean of curriculum and instruction. He has a bachelor's degree from Iowa State University, a bachelor's degree and master's degrees from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a doctorate from the University of Minnesota.
A search for a permanent president will be launched this fall.
