BAXTER-A 59-year-old woman was injured when she was struck by a vehicle at 6:48 p.m. Friday in the parking lot at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road, in Baxter.
The Baxter Police Department stated Lee Anne Benjamin was transported by North Memorial Ambulance to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd. Benjamin was struck by a vehicle driven by Roger Lee Soderberg, 42, Pillager. Soderberg was arrested for an active warrant for driving after revocation, no insurance, careless driving and failure to transfer title, police stated.
