Brutger Equities, Inc. welcomes new residential and commercial management to Franklin Arts Center in Brainerd.

Barb Breitbach, property manager, has lived in the Brainerd area since 2004 and has five years of housing experience. She manages the daily operations of the building, residential leasing and coordination of maintenance and caretaking. Breitbach also is the owner of BeautifEye in Studio 229 at Franklin Arts Center.

Amy Gray, commercial manager, is a third-generation Brainerd resident and responsible for commercial leasing and community outreach for Franklin Arts Center. An active community member, Gray currently sits on the board of Brainerd Restoration and has been engaged in many community development projects over the years.

Gray has a bachelor's of art degree in communication studies from Hamline University and a master's degree in advocacy and political leadership from the University of Minnesota - Duluth She is excited to share her knowledge and experience for the benefit of Franklin Arts Center and the greater community, the arts center reported.

Franklin Arts Center was established in 2008 in what was once Franklin Junior High School. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places. For more information, contact 218-454-0824.
