The intersection of Garrison Road and Elder Drive on the east side of Elder Drive, which closed to all traffic Tuesday afternoon, is expected to reopening late Wednesday, July 12.
The intersection closed for bituminous paving of the right-turn lanes for the HJ Development on Elder Drive. Forthun Road will remain open for access to all businesses on Elmwood Drive and Garrison Road east of Elder Drive.
Baxter is advising motorists to find an alternative route and avoid the construction area if possible.
