Gregory Park will once again serve as the host location for the annual Brainerd Easter Egg Hunt on March 31.
The free event will have age specific hunt areas for children. Those attending will meet as a group in the center of the park. The Brainerd Park and Recreation Department reported staff members have it on good authority that the Easter Bunny is planning to drop thousands of eggs in the park.
The event starts at 10 a.m. sharp, the park department reported.
Children ages 2 through 9 may participate. Participants are advised to arrive early to get a parking spot and to bring their own Easter basket or bag to collect eggs.
After the eggs are collected, children will be able to turn those in and be given a candy bag provided by the Rotary Club and Sullivan Candy & Supply.
