DEERWOOD - The Deerwood Gun Show will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., March 28, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., March 29, at the Deerwood Auditorium.
Buy, sell or trade items will be on display on more than 40 tables from local and outstate vendors. All federal and local gun laws must be observed.
The public is invited; admission is $3 per day and children under 16 are free but must be accompanied by an adult. Deerwood Civic & Commerce is not responsible for accidents, loss or theft. No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
A concession stand is available on Saturday and Sunday. Proceeds from concessions benefit Crosby Boy Scout Troop 100. Fresh kettle corn will also be available for purchase outside the auditorium.
The gun show features a raffle this year with first prize: Henry Golden Boy valued at $550; second prize, $100 JJ's Gun Shop Gift Certificate (no cash value) and third prize: a block of ammunition valued at $60.

Tickets are $2 each, must be over 18 to purchase and winner need not be present to win. Tickets will be sold by the Deerwood Fire Department, JJ's Gun Shop, Crosby; and the Deerwood Bank, Deerwood.
Proceeds from this event and raffle benefit local area community needs donated by the Deerwood Civic & Commerce.
