The initial call from witnesses came August 29, according to police, who added that there have been some subsequent calls. There have been no reports of anyone missing.

Police said the man is driving an older white car that looks like a squad car with the words โ€œPoliceโ€ on its side. He is described as being between 20 and 30 years old with a white or light skin complexion. He is also missing a ring finger on his left hand and has a tattoo of a skull with snakes as hair on his left arm.

He has been seen wearing a T-shirt that says โ€˜Policeโ€™.

The man has been spotted twice near the Brooklyn area, but Hibbing police do not know who the suspect is, and are asking for information leading to his arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call the Hibbing Police Department at (218) 263-3601.
