ST. PAUL – Environmental impact statements are planned for options of proposed high-speed passenger rail service between the Twin Cities and Rochester.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation on Monday said that the proposal will undergo a two-step environmental study. Eight potential corridors will be studied.
