Highland Scenic, Highway 371 Crash

A multi-vehicle crash delays traffic Tuesday at the intersection of Highway 371 and Highland Scenic Road where the Brainerd Fire Department, State Patrol, North Memorial Ambulance and Baxter police work to clear the scene.
