Historical society releases coloring contest winners

The Crow Wing County Historical Society announced its 2019 coloring contest winners.

The contest was at the Crow Wing County Fair in the “Old Schoolhouse.”

First place winners receive a $10 gift card and second place winners receive a $5 gift card.

The results:

  • Preschool-kindergarten: First place, Ariana Beckler; second place, Arah Halbersma.

  • First through third grade: First place, Andy Pulak; second place, Sophie Poteat.

  • Fourth through sixth grade: First place, Mya Kruger; second place, Katja Yliniemi.

  • Artistic Excellence: Honorable Mention: Sam Finch.
