LITTLE FALLS-Highway 10 near the Soo-Line overpass was temporarily shut down to traffic Monday afternoon following a report of an adult female who appeared to be on the overpass railing looking down like she wanted to jump.
The Morrison County Sheriff's Office responded to the report at 3:34 p.m. to the Soo-Line overpass on Highway 10, south of Little Falls. The highway was shut down and deputies made contact with the female party. After a short negotiation the female was removed safely, the sheriff's office stated.
There are no charges or injuries stemming from this incident.
The sheriff's office was assisted at the scene by the Minnesota DNR, Minnesota State Patrol, Royalton Police Department and Gold Cross Ambulance.
