Seims left her home in the early morning hours (around 2 a.m.) of Thursday July 30, 2015 and may be headed to the Rochester or Minneapolis metro area.

Because of her age, authorities are concerned for her welfare.
Bali is described as 5’5”, 110 pounds with blue eyes and long blonde hair. She may also use the last name of Frasier.
