A line of Crow Wing County residents snaked around the historic courthouse Monday afternoon, Nov. 2, as the last hours of early voting opportunities drew to a close.

Mail ballot precincts

The following precincts utilized mail balloting for the 2020 election. Residents of these precincts who have not yet voted may do so 7 a.m.-8 p.m. at the Crow Wing County Historic Courthouse, 326 Laurel St., Brainerd. Bring the ballot received in the mail, or if unavailable, election officials will provide a new ballot at the time of voting.

  • Bay Lake Township, Center Township, city of Cuyuna, city of Deerwood, city of Fort Ripley, Fairfield Township, Gail Lake Township, city of Garrison, Irondale Township, Jenkins Township, city of Jenkins, Lake Edward Township, Little Pine Township, Long Lake Township, city of Manhattan Beach, Oak Lawn Township, Pelican Township, Perry Lake Township, Rabbit Lake Township, city of Riverton, Ross Lake Township, Timothy Township, city of Trommald, Wolford Township, Unorganized Territory-Blue Precinct, Unorganized Territory-Red Precinct, Unorganized Territory-White Precinct, Unorganized Territory-Dean Lake Precinct.

The following precincts will have polling places open on Election Day for in-person voting. The polls are open 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Some locations are different compared to previous elections.

Absentee ballots

For those who requested but have not yet turned in their absentee ballots, voting is available 7 a.m.-8 p.m. at the Crow Wing County Historic Courthouse, 326 Laurel St., Brainerd. Absentee ballots must be returned by 3 p.m. After that point, voters will be required to participate in direct balloting.
