Jeep strikes multiple trees, injuring driver

LEADER — A 37-year-old Brainerd woman was injured Friday, Sept. 25, after the Jeep Renegade she was driving left the roadway and struck multiple trees in Cass County.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported Sarah Ann Temple was driving on Highway 64 at 48th Street in Ansel Township, north of Leader when the crash occurred.

Temple, who was wearing her seat belt, had non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Lakewood Health System in Staples.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene reported at 6:04 a.m.
